Tuesday & Thursday - 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM
Saturday, Wednesday, & Friday - 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Last chemical client will be taken at 6:00 PM

Appointments for gift certificates must be made 1 week in advance (earlier bookings may be available)
Gratuities ARE NOT included in prices listed
Credit card needed to hold more than one hour of services
No substitutions for gift certificates done on auction
Certificate must be presented at time of service or appointment booked will be charged at full price
No verbal agreements will be honored
We require a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice or service booked will be forfeited if on a gift certificate
Not responsible for lost or stolen certificates
Late Arrivals - As a courtesy to all of our guests, and our goal to remain on time with our appointments, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full service fees.
Cancellation Policy - We require a credit card or a gift certificate number to confirm an appointment time. The Jennifer Salon takes pride in our ability to provide personal service to all of our clients. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Inside 24 hours a charge of 50% of scheduled services will be assessed. No shows will be charged 100% for all scheduled services and/or packages. Cancellations and no shows affect us & other clients greatly and cannot be accepted without a penalty charge. By giving us your credit card information you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card.
